Felton started his construction career while working at the California Institute of Technology in the HVAC and plumbing department. He worked at California Institute of Technology for 6 years until he obtained his real estate license and started his career in Real Estate. He found success by assisting homeowners to market and sell their properties and assisting buyers find property of their choice. Real Estate investing is what he does best and specialize in. Felton has always had a hands-on approach to management, which holds true for personnel, office, transaction, construction management.

With his background, experience, and skills, developing a talented Real Estate team was a natural progression. With the onset of the real estate boom, Felton moved quickly to identify, hire, develop and train a capable team to handle all phases of any Real Estate transaction, and the high volume of transactions that our office handles.
